I hope this one is true!

An American tourist landed at Sydney Airport, hopped in a Cab and asked to be taken to Ayers Rock.

Impossible to prove but also sounds like it has a ring of truth. I volunteer with an old Pom, came here at 15, he's 70 now, and thought almost all girls in Australia were named Sheila.

A woman in Orange County, USA, called the police because the cheeseburger she ordered at a drive-thru restaurant wasn't made the way she wanted it.

All laptop computers sold in the USA since 2005 are fitted with secret 'key-loggers' that record whatever is typed on the computer and sends it to home land security without owners knowledge.

False - it would take millions of people to handle the sheer volume of often focus-less information..

That ones true.

I think he called his son dweezil, so I think she got the better end of it.

Dweezil's birth name was Ian Donald Calvin Euclid Zappa.

The hospital wouldn't allow his parents to register the name 'Dweezil'.

His name was legally changed to Dweezil Zappa when he was about five years old.

Moon Unit was indeed named Moon Unit at birth.

A Japanese man in New York specialises in raising 'Bonsai Kittens.'  The kittens are reared in bottles so that, as they grow, their bodies take the shape of the bottles.

How do you feed kittens in  bottles?  They'd drown in their own poo and piss....  False....

I'm surprised no-one around here seems to have heard of Snopes.

First place I go to when I hear about things like most of the items in this thread.

Here's your Bonsai Kittens, for example:

That's not the point.  We can all do that which removes the element of myth.  Party poopers need not participate.
