I feel no responsibility to respond to anyone; if I don't want to and feel that the subject is off thread, trite or just rubbish. Contributers bowl up 'Aunt Sallies here all the time' you can feel free to feel you have to answer all of them....I don't.

I'm not afraid to say you know way more about the law than me, because that was your profession. Mine was Policing, end of section.

he was discovered at the scene...knife in one hand gun in the other covered head to toe in the dead persons blood...they hated each other and he was known to threaten death whenever he met the victim
