Needless to say I've done the right thing and made a donation .  Roll Eyes

... not that there's anything wrong with that of course ...  Tongue

You rolling on the floor ...

At least they don't say "Have a Nice Day" at your local Bunnings.  Tongue That is really annoying.

you know this country has changed so much...... for the worst I am afraid..

now we cant stand anyone saying good day...

will we be much happier if they had guns over their shoulders frisking us as we go in.

is that what it will take to put a smile on peoples dials..

sorry but you really are a miserable lot... and i feel sorry for the people that serve you in Bunnings...

they are the ones that need sympathy not a lot of people that actually get annoyed at someone saying

hello... have a nice day...

how bloody terrible..

god help anyone that wishes you Merry Christmas more than once.. Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

maybe Bunnings should sell NO THANKS HATS.

Bunnings is the least of our problems, Cods and Herb.

With luck, when Australia really becomes un-Australian, we will be long gone.  Cry

I think there are plenty of Christmas Grinchs out this year- most of the pp who say have a nice day in stores, have to say it and are most likely not having a  nice day themselves- I make it a point to be nice to all customer service pp now, they have to put up with a lot from grumpy customers and the pay is not so great.

When the pendulum swings to far one way it may just swing back again... my son is a lovely young man, and if he is anything to go by, then all is not lost.

Well, no.

I'd been in steel-caps since 7 that morning, it was summer, and I'd officially knocked-off.

They weren't going back on til 7 the next morning - not for Bunnings or anyone else.

Did they try to make you take off your helmet too?

Making fun of people with disabilities - really?

Really?

What do you do for an encore - laugh at people with cancer?

What made you think that the picture of the person in a helmet had a disability, Greg?

Are you homo-diso-bility-oh?  Or something?

This:

"Zach (Gregory) is profoundly deaf, has poor vision and is cognitively delayed. Experts estimate his behavior is similar to that of a 1- or 2-year-old baby, which means he’s restless and rough without intent to harm anyone.

"He’s never spoken, but he understands a couple of words in sign language. His family tried to teach him more signs, but it didn’t take."

The photo that was posted, is of Zach Gregory.

Isn't it obvious? And obvious by the way it was intended?

innocentbystander. finds this funny:

"Lee Gregory has finished feeding his son and in a few minutes, he will put Zach’s plastic helmet and the arm guards back on, then guide his son downstairs and change his diaper. It’s almost bedtime and though it will take Zach a few minutes to wind down, he’ll soon drift off, the house enveloped in brief calm before the next day starts very early with wrestling Zach into clean clothes so he can be picked up for school."

Maybe your helmet has slipped down and blocked your vision, why don't you get your carer to adjust it.  Grin
