Monk reminds me of one of those kids at school (that we all had) that sits in the front row and stucks up his hand at every opportunity saying

"Me Teacher!,  Pick Me!,  Pick me!, ")

I have visitors from Darwin in a couple of week.. so going to make a few salads I am going to have a practice Waldorf salad tonight .. as I am sure they dont go in for the fancy ones..

yep thats fancy for me.... Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Sure, post it.  That would be nice   Smiley

Funny you should mention a Waldorf now .  I hadn't made one of those for years and years until last week.  I was trying to think of something 'new' and glanced at the apples and thought "OMG the Waldorf should be brought back into our lives".

It's a lovely fresh tasting salad.

well put it up in food I will have a go....as it will be new for me...I do like a bit of crunch in a salad.
