We constantly see one party send off troops on some bloody,  misguided adventure.  The other party howls in protest.  When the other party eventually gets into power, does it bring the troops home? Nooooo! Setanta, do you really hold the majority of voters responsible for this?

That sounds like a final solution to the Muslim question.

Korrect.

The Final Solution to the Jewish Problem began as a compulsory deportation to Israel organised by Adolf Eichmann. Many hundreds were shipped out of Germany for this destination.

But then Herman Goering (not Goebbels, Hitler, or Himmler) - decided at a meeting that instead of deportation - extermination was the best option.

But don't forget such worthies as the UK & the US rejected the Jews Hitler wanted to deport, knowing full well what their fate would be.

Nothing to do with gun laws. Everything to do with Islamic culture.

Errr....Accept all those mass shootings that are not committed by Muslims....I guess we should just ignore them so we can keep up the outrage???

The MS St. Louis was a German ocean liner most notable for a single voyage in 1939, in which her captain, Gustav Schröder, tried to find homes for 908 Jewish refugees from Germany, after they were denied entry to Cuba and the United States, until finally accepted in various European countries, which were later engulfed in World War II. Historians have estimated that, after their return to Europe, approximately a quarter of the ship's passengers died in death camps. The event was the subject of a 1974 book, Voyage of the Damned, by Gordon Thomas and Max Morgan-Witts. It was adapted for a 1976 US film of the same title.

The link is in the histories cods. The Germans from 1935 to1938 were happy and willing to deport Jews, except those they saw as communists or dangerous intellectuals. But there were no takers. The British, Australians & Americans were to a greater or less degree antisemitic. And the Brits were fearful of trouble in Palestine if more were sent there.

I have yet to read the book on that to find out what was the real reason the British refused them entry.

To be fair - that's not entirely true.

At that time there was no hint of extermination camps - it was all about moving the Jews and other 'undesirables' eastwards to Labour Camps in forested areas.

Not even the Jews on these ships had a clue of what was eventually decided to be their fate. If they had known, they would have beached the ships somewhere along the South America coast and taken refuge there.

The story so far
  • They are muslims
  • They destroyed their phones and hard drive 2 days before the attack
  • They dropped off their baby to families 1 hour before attacking
  • They had thousands of round of ammo delivered in the weeks before the attack
  • They had about a dozen pipe bombs in their car
  • They had even more in their garage along with the thousands of rounds of ammo
  • The woman is claimed to have radicalised him
  • She pledge allegiance to IS caliphate

Unfortunately there were no suicide vest so I can't call this radical muslim attack
