And never confuse a faith that teaches they can still do this sheet today with others that do not teach that such as christianity and others.

Yes. I was sacked for not being a christian. Legal discrimination. The reason was, "what would you tell a child when they are having problems with their work on a computer? I would pray with them that they overcome and persevere, what would you do?" A: I would show them what they did wrong, show them ways to find the help they need for the task, help them to understand the software and nomenclature, show them how to overcome their problem.

Nope, we'd rather someone to pray with them.

It sounds like you were in the wrong job anyway....Teaching someone how to be independent goes against the grain of religion!!!

Huh Huh Huh

Rational arguments don't usually work on religious people. Otherwise, there wouldn't be religious people.

Was a good job really. I don't mind people having beliefs I don't hold. I was there 18 years. I just think discrimination is nasty from wherever it comes. That it is legal, is criminal.

Anyone can quote Leviticus out of context until the cows come home Christianity still does not teach they can do that to this day. That was quoted from the old testament.

Like I said "And never confuse a faith that teaches they can still do this sheet today with others that do not teach that such as Christianity and others."

I am still waiting for you to have a rational argument....I am an agnostic which means I respect all people have a right to what ever faith they choose to follow....My problem is with people who refuse to accept failings in their own religion yet have no problem finding fault in others....I have never claimed to know more than anybody but if that is what you believe who am I to argue!!!

With or without religion, you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion.

No you're not but that's besides the point.

I don't care what you think you are.

Yet here you disrespect them by quoting "Rational arguments don't usually work on religious people. Otherwise, there wouldn't be religious people. "

As if you have some higher intellect by quoting it. Personally to me it shows you have less and are closed minded.

philperth2010 wrote on Dec 5th, 2015 at 1:01am:

My problem is with people who see failings in other peoples religions yet have no idea about those religions in question....

Much like you quoting Leviticus out of context .
The only reason you even state that is your problem above is to oppose the general consensus there is no other reason.

Incorrect.

evil
ˈiːv(ə)l,-vɪl/Submit
adjective
1.
profoundly immoral and wicked.
"his evil deeds"
synonyms:      wicked, bad, wrong, morally wrong, wrongful, immoral, sinful, ungodly, unholy, foul, vile, base, ignoble, dishonourable, corrupt, iniquitous, depraved, degenerate, villainous, nefarious, sinister, vicious, malicious, malevolent, demonic, devilish, diabolic, diabolical, fiendish, dark, black-hearted; More

An agnostic is one who believes it impossible to know anything about God or about the creation of the universe and refrains from commitment to any religious doctrine. An atheist is one who denies the existence of a deity or of divine beings.

Just so you know what one is.

I think the US is a lost cause in the case of gun control.

Where would any politician start?

What would gun control look like in the US?

The "War on guns" is probably never going to start.

Perhaps the only way to stop mass shootings is to arm everyone.

That is so absurd I cant believe I just wrote that

The military need to round these feckers up in London, the areas they control are obvious. You can't even walk through them. Round every single one up and lock the feckers up period.

The same with france and every other country. No more dicking around. If moderates want to pretend the Quran doesn't teach violence then no problems. Let them live in peace but the moment they start sheet up lock em up as well. These bag of dicks only understand one thing, force.

Correct.

But jailing them only keeps them in the system like fleas on a dog.

With their illegal mobile phones they organise drug deals, terrorist hits, 'radicalisation' programs, people smuggling, and the rest.

Deportation is the only permanent solution ... with every last one of their extended families, of course. 'Root-and-branch'.

It's like doing an 'uninstall' on the computer where you use an application that seeks out and uninstalls every little trace of the offending party that's hidden in various places throughout your system. Total elimination.
