Actually a far better improvement to the forum would be to change the "Newest 20 Board Topics" to A higher numer say 30 or 40.

As this forum is a very active one, Topics rapidly disappear off the Newest 20 list.

I actually played around with a YABB Boeard and I seem to recall that was an option available.

One does get used to the current structure and knows where to go. A quick scroll down to exactly where you want to go.

If it was to be restructured or even reordered, it should be done once and not changed for a long time. So then what happens if another subforum had a massive increase in posts, do we quickly reorder again.

Nothing worst than losing familiarity with a board structure IMO.

If it isn't broken... why try and fix it.

We all notice that 95% of the posts are yours so please don't consider fermentation to be soooo active in the context of a forum. It is very active in the context of a blog.

Build your arguments on more solid ground.

I think your point is more around the moderator (you) is very active in that subforum to boost interest and that deserves some consideration. Is that more your point.

Also, who will define "more active". Can you? What is your definition?
