I won't post in Relationships either and I find it disappointing that so many threads are moved there by the GMods.

Leave Cods alone, aussie. Your abusive posts to her are unacceptable. If anyone is ignorant here it is yourself!

Cods? When aussie starts lying and deflecting (in the hope he can sway peoples' perception) the best thing to do is ignore him. Amoral comes to mind.

Perhaps a petition for another dumping ground for topics that the GMods want to move? One that will NOT be moved to Relationships because then the petition will not get a fair hearing?

Remove his abuse of power getting people banned that accidentally click on a forum homepage link to respond to a poster not realizing its in his toilet.

It is exactly the same thing you see on the main page when you log in, cods. Down the bottom, you will see a list of who is on line/logged in. This feature does the same. It tells 'us' who is 'logged in' to the Thread, and which of them is preparing a response. Nothing more.

I didnt realise it showed who was preparing a response, I thought it just showed who was viewing the board.

No, all she has is her knockers in a twist. I had unlocked the Thread prior to making that post....so what I said was 100% correct. The Thread was then not locked. I could hardly deny what is true.....I had locked it the prior night for the reason given, and when I returned to OzPol next morning I unlocked it....again....for the reason given.

Again, you are ignorant of the facts. Read the Forum Rules cods. All Mods like me can do is ask people .... we have no ban button. So, if someone has been asked not to post, and I can see they are about to post, the only tool I have is to lock (or hide) the thread. If I did not do that, I then would be forced into a detailed PM and posting exchange with the relevant member and FD. I am making life easy for me. As I said, one bad apple will impact on the whole box full.

no cods, it is about moderating that Board with limited tools. It is far simpler for a GMod who just has to push the ban button...and then only the relevant Member is effected. But, Mods like me do not have that tool.

How many other Mods or GMods attempt to explain what has happened as much as I do, cods? I could just always adopt the 'no correspondence will be entered into' position, and that would lack transparency. It may be the best thing to do, in fact.
