Seems that now there was one attacker and one victim, both shot dead. The victim is described as an "IT worker" and "an employee of the Police". No info yet on the attacker. He was wearing black clothing, not robes, according to several witness statements.
From the information presently available, it would appear that it was either a personal argument between the two men or perhaps a disgruntled member of the public who apparently had some interaction with the police beforehand or even perhaps the dreaded lone-wolf Terrorist. Information is too scanty at the moment.
We have gone from gunman - possibly two, charges into police station all guns blazing, one IT guy gets hit before the gunman is brought down...
to...
a single gunman waiting outside the police station until one particular employee exits the door, who is promptly shot and killed with a single bullet. Gunman then attempts
'suicide by cop', which he eventually succeeds.
So clearly we can rule out terrorist trying to inflict mass casualties on a police station. There was one target, we don't know why, and after he took out his one target, he literally committed suicide.
Those are the established facts. All thats left to determine is who this guy was and why he wanted the IT guy dead.
