WA Housing slump. Portent of spreading doom?

If the housing slump infects the Eastern states, which it probably will, the economy will take a dive because the only industry holding the bubble up is housing.

With projects and jobs declining there will be fewer migrants which will crimp demand. Furthermore Australian unemployed engineers will seek work outside Australia which will further crimp housing demand.

Good times are coming to an end.

It has taken less than a week to recognise that you don't know much about anything and as always, doesn't stop you from posting endlessly. There is a building slump somewhere every other week and something they complain about endlessly until the next boom where they make millions to salt away in time for the next slump where they want government contracts for unnecessary buildings.

They will bring in more chinese to take up the slack to keep a floor under house prices. That's what they have done in Sydney and Melbourne Wink
