DONALD  and the chinese leadership are on the same page.
in fact, donald is a far better fit for the mentality of the chinese leadership.
Donald is a businessman, the chinese are businessmen.

Hilary is a university academic feminist....the chinese would look upon her with a mix of bemusement and derision.

Probably the only time Bill Clinton got real was when he said

What makes the USA economy the worlds number 1 and the chinese economy number 2......
they adore success, they love a winner and will not tolerate a loser.

Here in the land of OZ, we have it all ars*e about....we are the land of tearing down tall poppies.
Trump would have zero chance of being elected in australia...we prefer people with NO track record of success.

Qld, one of the best placed economies to sell minerals and services and tourism to the chinese has a premier whose definition of success is not burning her husbands toast when she is preparing breakfast.

Australia is a mediocre country going nowhere, borrowing 100 million a day from the industrious chinese to pay mediocre workers way more then they deserve.

It wont change til our mindset changes.

when australians celebrate great australian business people like rupert and gina...then you will know we are back on track.

personally, i think we will go the greek route because we are too mediocre in our ambitions

But that would just give you an excuse to hate on me for being successful (though in the USA that would lead to people congratulating you...odd isnt it).

With regards politicians in australia.
i think rich and successful people (the ones who are striving towards higher consciousness, come to the realisation that $$$ is just another attachment and false idol of ego inflation).

They really do move to a place of higher consciousness and a sense of contribution.

I'm trying to think of a politician who fits this mould but its very hard. Most are still operating on the egoic paradim.

The lord mayor of brisbane Clem Jones would probably be one such man.
Google him.
Never drew a wage, sewered the city, very humble man,
used to spend his weekends pulling out weeds at the gabba and whipper snipping the boundaries in quiet solitude, reflection, mindfulness and with a sense of contribution.

These are the attitudes i try to bring to bear .

I think the left are more ego driven then the right.
i honestly think that.
i think most business people have to grind it out and it makes them realise that ego wont cut it at work.
but the left , are stuck in thouight, are stuck in their heads and they are SO FOCUSED on their own inflexible narrative that their ego is just ruling their lives.

i think he is.
I think he has reached a point where his ego is so solid that it doesnt need any more inflation.
i think this has "unstifled" him to the point where he can speak with clarity and honesty and connect.

Will he win....no he wont.
But he is on the right track in terms of speaking from his "being" and not from his "ego"

I understand where people like emma are coming from.
They have latched onto "group think" bacuase this is the easy thing to do.
And thinking is hard.
people dont want to think.
