It's Donald Trump's plain speaking style that is so refreshing to the American public who have grown up listening to the political elite mouthing off the same tired old rhetoric and mantras with their carefully-crafted scripts penned by teams of professional speech writers.

The public identifies with Trump for not being part of the political elite and for being something of an individualist and a larrikin who is thumbing his nose at the born-to-rule political classes who are snobs through and through.

Trump won't get in but it's an indicator of big race issues in American society as well as many other issues.
