People just like the entertainment value for now because he's somewhat different compared to the career politicians the US has had for the last 50 years. It was high time that someone like Trump set the cat among the PC pigeons.

He is setting the agenda for the political debate. And he can do that because he has no party machine or donors to worry about. Americans see a guy who is saying what he is saying because he believes in what he is saying and has no ulterior motive.

They haven't heard that for decades so they are endorsing him in huge numbers. And don't dismiss them them, they are not stupid.

Whoever knocks him out of the race (IF), he will have to take on the 30% of Americans who endorse Trump. And that 30% is not going to take PC crap.

The Dems have Hillary or Biden. Or Jeb Bush. Ludicrous. How many Bushes does AMerica need? It's not a hereditary bloody republic.

It looks like a real choice may need to be made. Romney gave up. Trump or whoever gets the energised Republican endorsement won't.
