Real Estate 101  Roll Eyes

I've only got to page 100 so far.  Tongue

Ahh well...we all have to start somewhere.

Please realize that I'm more than happy to share what I know.

Be careful though, I can talk real estate 24/7 with the utmost ease lol  Tongue

Well Herb, you got a question for me lol ?

I'm ready when you are Tongue

No questions at this time, m'dear ... but what I have been observing in my general locality for the past 25 years has been the horror of nice quarter-acre residential properties being snapped up by greedy developers and turned into squat, ugly 'villa's compressed together like beehives on a honey farm, with no greenery, but only echo-y concrete and a soulless atmosphere ... and needless to say ... ALWAYS becoming occupied by an endless stream of Pacific Islanders and sundry other Third Worlders who neither look like Australians or think like Australians.

Ahh yes....you've just described progress.

I don't like it much either.

We used to be able to walk around the neighbourhood and enjoy the flowers and bushes in neat white-picket-fenced front yards - but no more. And what were once wide streets are now dangerously narrow due to all the cars that now park nose-to-tail on either side.

And this is just the beginning.

In 20 years from now these will all be demolished to make way for high-rise 'residentials' that will look like prison blocks for hardened criminals.

And THAT's when the Negroes, the Pacific Islanders, and the Muslims will move in in large numbers to create the sort of No-Go ghettoes that now surround Paris.

The main reason for high Real Estate prices in Sydney and Melbourne are buyers from China who invest money baying properties and agricultural land in Aussie-land.
This is something normal considering that Chinese are full of money and perform walking, walking instead talking, talking.
Very soon Australia is going to be sold out buy Britain to China.
After all Aussies better for you to be part of China than a British colony, we will allow you to have own head of state and Aussie born prime minister (see note).

Note:
Presently Australia is a British colony with British queen as a head of state and British born prime minister.

Do we need to be always politically correct.

Australia is 'British'. Anything other than that is 'multicultural' minority ghettoism.

Get used to it.

Or Go Home.

Your attitude is the reason our jails are stiff with ethnics who can't accept that they're living as guests in a British country while their own country is too retarded to migrate back to.

not enough of that happening, that's why real estate is so expensive. Show me one other major city where people can buy quarter acre blocks with a single dwelling just a few km's from the CBD?

Huh?

These blocks with a stand-alone house on them were bought back then 30 - 40 years ago for something like $11,500.

And don't blame the Chinese just yet for the inflationary prices. They became inflationary long before the Chinese made their appearance here as investors.

I don't blame the Chinese, you're confusing me with nail ... look on google earth and you'll find thousands of 1/4 acre blocks within 30km of Sydneys' CBD ... see how many you find within 30km of London or Rome, or any other major city.

My personal opinion is anything within 50km must be designated multiple occupancy

Some of us still do live in such streets.

We're never selling. Why? Places like this are as rare as hen's teeth.

Current price tag for these types of neighbourhoods (in Sydney)?  $2 mill +

Anyway....

Let me know if you need a gardener or an English butler, won't you? You could call me 'Jeeves' .. what a status symbol that would be for you. You'd be the envy of all your friends.

Midway through one of your posh soirées you could call out to me ...

"Peel me a grape, please, Jeeves".

"Why yes, madame Lisa, coming up right away ...".

That would impress the hell out of your guests.

A 50km radius of high-rise council slums just like they have all over Britain? Good thinking, John!

Which side will you be on when the Negroes go on the rampage against the Muslims and the Pacific Islanders to protect their drug-dealing 'turf' from encroachment?

Hey, yo! Which coloured ethnic Homeboyz will you be backing?
