We're chillaxed up here, warm climate, beaches, fresh roadside fruit and veges and road kill, we don't pick up the cane toads though.... and Aldi lol!!!

Sydney's climate is mild compared to these other cheaper areas. Also, you're close to everyone/everything, should anything untoward happen. IMO, you've got it made Herb.

Ta very mooch, Lisa - but I live in something of a shack here, and if I sold my place I could afford a really respectable-looking place down there.

they don't know that ... the seller isn't required to reveal that until Auction day, and only then to the auctioneer .... sales agents don't know what it is (it's actually illegal for the auctioneer to reveal it to anyone until it reaches the price). At best they can give you a guide as to what they think it will be worth.
