The 'Muslim Vote' becomes evermore critical to ...

... Australia's political outcomes.

Quote:

"Each of Labor’s two safest red ribbon seats have over 20 per cent Islamic component and are held by Jason Clare (“Blaxland” 22.67 per cent) and Tony Burke (“Watson” 20.25 per cent). If, as most pollsters agree, Western Sydney is now the key to Federal election outcomes, then a vote for Labor is certainly a vote for Islam.

Despite the swing to the LNP at the latest election, all but three of the 15 seats that swing on the Islamic vote are held by Labor with the next election promising a clean sweep to Islam/Labor of up to 21 seats that will be decided by politically aware Islamic minorities.

So it’s no surprise that Tony Burke scorchingly attacked Israel during an address to a pro-Palestinian fundraiser. He joined self declared communist Senator Rhiannon and diplomats from Arab States at the event in saying, “We are here representing the view of the majority of the world”.

Hmmm, not sure about the “majority of the world”, but it was certainly a majority of Muslims in Burke’s seat of Watson"

Pickering wouldn't be able to find his arse with both hands, Herbie.   There are 150 seats in the House of Representatives in Canberra.   Fifteen seats cannot decide the House, Herbie.    Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

And as a member of the NSW Right, Burke would have been drawn and quartered for speaking out against Israel.

Here’s a trick, Herbie: what did Burke actually say?

Just proof that muslims are actively part of the political process.

At the time John Howard lost his Sydney seat of Bennelong it was widely reported that this was as a result of 'The Chinese Vote' in his electorate having gone against him.

It's electoral minorities who are now the king makers and the king breakers.

No one knew this better than Foreign Minister Bob Car under Gillard who advised her of the electoral dangers of upsetting the Muslims in Western Sydney.

He told Gillard that her pro-Israel stance was alienating The Muslim Vote in Labor-held electorates - and he was right.

Here's some reading for you:

link

"Here is what they shouted while waving black flags of jihad — and pray Labor finally listens:

Palestine is Muslim land

The solution is Jihad ...

You can never stop Islam

From Australia to al Sham (Syria)

One umma (Muslim community) hand in hand

From Lakemba to Gaza

One call “khalifa” (Caliphate)"

Yes - as Muslims.

So why would the secular majority want a migration plan that seeds our electorates with people who want to create an Islamic caliphate from Sydney's Lakemba all the way to Syria?

I'm still wondering why Tony Burke would be speaking out against Israel, which would be a first for him.

Any hints, Herbie? You only posted the claim, after all.

Tackling the man and not the ball again, Brian?

Have you seen how many ex-Labor ministers jostle to get onto his show? 'NO FEAR NO FAVOUR'.

When you and your 'progressive' Luvvie ilk can start picking apart what Bolt actually says - then please post it up here and we can discuss your objections.

Meanwhile, you sound like someone saying that Bolt is contemptible not for what he says, but because he's a Jew/Negro/Homosexual/etc.

I don't have to pick it apart.  I just need to remind you that he is one of the few Australians to ever be convicted Section 18c of the Racial Discrimination Act.   His opinion is valueless.

I’d just like to know when Tony Burke attacked Israel. That’s not playing the man, shurely?

Could this, and I don’t want to offend FD, be another one of those porkies?
