Why is the arctic ice cap decreasing?
Why is Antarctic ice mass decreasing?
Why is global glacial mass balance decreasing?
Why are sea levels rising?

Can you answer the is question for us?

You mean you prefer shorter timescales? I thought you guys wanted to go back millenia?

It's called cherry picking. This is how it works. First you select a year with a higher temperature as a starting point. Second, you select a dataset with a high error variation. Third, you pick a period that is far too short to mean anything.

Some even have dark skin, and speak different languages, and follow various religions such as Buddism and Islam. Some of them are even asian and African Americans, South Americans etc.

You should know better. I think you are stuck on the thought of warm air at the surface of water, warming or slowing the cooling of the ocean.

Oceans are mostly warmed by shortwave radiation and more can hit the water or less, depending on cloud cover, not because of it getting warmer in the atmosphere.
