There are sexually violent thugs in every culture. I have never yet met a violent or aggressive Indian ~ arrogant, yes, in some cases.

I have many Indian brothers-in-law and only one, only one, has attempted a lofty or holier than thou, or prickly attitude to my relationship with the Indian Bride, he was quickly put back in his little box of bigotry by myself and his fellow brothers-in-law.

It appears there is something in Indian culture that allows men to think they can get away with rape without consequence. Lets face it, until that poor woman on the bus who died from her injuries, there wasn't much of an outcry - either from within India or without.

I'm certainly not suggesting that all or most Indian men are sexually violent. There are plenty of men agitating for changes to Indian law to enable better recourse for victims.

Like it or not, there are many reported in the news of cases of Indian men who have very violently hurt women, and for no other reason then they think they are entitled to. They accuse women of eve teasing as if this is somehow an excuse for their behaviour toward women! She was tempting me, it wasnt my fault. Abdicating themselves from responsibility.

Apparently she was overheard replying to her attacker in Indian. That's interesting. The husband was in India at the time. Just maybe he was in India while his hired killer did his job????
