well lets see I have put in a complaint to fd regarding an AVATAR used by AiA..

however I have been blocked from using the AVATAR thread in feedback so I am presuming fd doesnt want my feedback and that of course would include PMs...

so much for FREEDOM OF SPEECH..

so I thought I would spell it out on here so at least geo can see that I am making a noise about this..and if anyone else agrees with me and they too have been stopped from using F.back...then be my guest..

or if you dont agree with me.. as thats what FoS is all about....as long as it isnt rude or abusive..

I found the avatar in use once it was pointed out to me to be to be very offensive why anyone finds the need to go there I do not know...not only is it a disgrace it tells me so much about that persons poisonous personality..may all their hens be roosters...

That avatar, suggestive of drug abuse and bestiality, and based on a copyrighted 'Monk' image, is specifically and personally tailored by Super Nova (Mod at PA) for the quite deliberate use by AiA (former Admin and current Mod at PA) to mock, taunt and harass George (former Member at PA.) They cannot "get" at him there, because he is no longer at that place, so they have followed him here to continue the stalking which occurred there relentlessly, here.

Maybe who ever moderates that board decided that if you don't like what is posted there that there is a simple solution ?

My guess is that if you can not access the topic that it will no longer offend you.

could be there seems to be a small group of us barred .. I dont really care but maybe you dont know FD is a staunch advocate for FREEDOM OF SPEECH and as he is the moderator there that almost seems hypocritical...well to me it does....I mean its not as if I can bar him from my threads is it.??...

and I do think when it comes to PM... I have a right to be heard just as much as someone from another forum...

but not everyone thinks like that....

I draw the line at nude children, porno and distasteful religious pics. I don't see anything wrong with Hitler, Nazi's, commo's or their emblems, it's just all part of history.

I know you made it. You based it on George's/Monk's artwork....specific colours and shape. I also know you made it for AiA, at his request so that the taunts at George from elsewhere can live on here.

No-one ought underestimate the skill levels you have at producing things like that, plus outright forgeries of screen shots, and use of personal information as an avatar. It's what you maliciously do for 'fun' at the expense of others.

I have no greater knowledge of copyright laws than the average bear, but I have little doubt your use of the basic George/Monk copyrighted image would be illegal. Further, your editing of screen shots......of words actually posted into what was not posted based on what was......would also possibly be a breach of Australian Law. (ACMA or whatever it is called.)

Who knows why you bothered if you don't Lisa? Who knows why you bothered to post? Cods commenced this Thread in good faith, and it clearly produced a positive outcome. The grossly offensive avatar has been removed. That's commendable, and well worth the effort cods made.
