Nice deflection....but it doesn't change the fact that there are only about half a dozen cities in the world that could conceivably do what Gore wants, in less than 20 or 25 years.

No Australian city could, without completely crippling their economy.

The world is moving in that direction anyway, major cities are too congested to drive in the restrictions keep increasing the parking keeps diminishing the delays are ridiculous etc.

Even today having to venture into a major city in a car is a nightmare worth avoiding at any cost.
