There are a lot of regulations to read through Aussie. Are you hinting that I've broken a rule or is this just general knowledge for the members. The regulations are just common sense.

Not at all mantra. What I am doing................is what I am doing. There is a plethora of Regulations in that link (and by the way...............there are more) which are not as easily understood as the Rules are. What makes it more confusing is.............they are 'edicts' of GMods in many cases, and who is to know what weight an ordinary Member must attach to them. The Rules make no allowance for GMods making.....whenever they like, or at all...............their own Regulations.

I reckon Members are entitled to clarity. It is only fair.

Thread now unlocked, and I'd like you Ladies to appreciate that I am supposed to moderate this Board with very limited options. I cannot ban, but I can 'initiate' one, and I am loathe to do that. I don't want to delete (as I can) and my most recent idea to keep things less than over heating is to lock a Thread for a while in the hope that in the meantime, people will have reflected.

In the (probably vain) hope it assists, perhaps a re-read of Page 2 will be of assistance.

I've got no idea why you would threaten me with a ban. It seems that people have gone ban crazy around here, but it's a quick way to empty the board. FD's rules don't cover a member's attitude - only personal abuse.

I'm not going to respond to AG's rants, so you can close the thread again if you want.

I got whatever it was I got I think 24

for doing whatever it was I was doing.... Roll Eyes

..havent a clue.

but it was nice really I got on with some sewing.. or at least looked at it...a start......geo has his cooking or bottling I get the urge to sew every now and then..

at the moment have sore fingers bought a new knife and its attacked me 4 times I am a bit over it to be honest as I cant use about 3 fingers with out pain...

but I will be bwave and carry on....you do the same mantra and when you feel like it stick the BIG FINGER up its amazing how much better that can make you feel.

No I haven't been banned Cods. George and AG seem to think I'm some sort of stressed out nutcase, which is quite possible, and the best solution for a cure is to go on an overseas trip. I couldn't think of anything worse than fighting my way through busy streets in another country. It's bad enough in my little seaside town with the holiday makers.

This has been the longest, hottest summer I've noticed for many years. The humidity is knocking a lot of people around. We had a few drops last night, but it didn't dampen the ground or cool anything off. Today is predicted to be even hotter unfortunately.

Cods I'm sure a few people missed you. Regardless of some of the hurtful words that are thrown at you, you are part of this forum and are entitled to feel as comfortable and welcome here as anyone else.

Lovely cool weather in Adelaide lately. 23°C max today, heating up again slowly from the middle of the week.

Actually—last week it was humid and nasty and that weather is now around Canberra.
