i had a quick look with google earlier and found it on another site for $100 .... $140 seems excessive

OK - I know that product really works.

However - you can also make the knife too sharp &
it becomes ultra dangerous.

It's not a knife you can leave in the dish rack with all the other dishes -
the slightest touch will slice right through your finger!
