Wootton said the most ardent climate change sceptics in his industry tend to be "male, over-70 and cranky", and that younger farmers – particularly the agronomy students he hosts from the Marcus Oldham College near Geelong – need much less persuasion that the matter is serious.

Isn't it funny how climate skeptics also deny the cost benefit of fibre!

Old men stuck in their ways isn't it.
I'm sure someones making a bit of dosh out of it.

However the greens are just as horrible at turning people off the issue. No one wants to listen to there horrible bandaid solutions.

Would be good if there was actual civilized debate on the issue. and a proper method implemented.

I also think that.. well fundamentally, Australia is a population of 23million.. drop in the ocean really..

Well durr, how about paying polluters not to pollute? Oh, it's not one of yours? Ooops, Sorry.
How about paying women their wage as a PPL? That's one of yours that Abbott likes.

You have your good and bad ideas as a party. I won't first pref you but I'll make sure you get my vote before the LNP does in prefs. I vote under the line. SHY needs a bandaid, she can be a little spun.

Nothing to do with band aids but general policy.

Kevin Rudd adopted their 60% aspirational target for 2050 which handed them legitimacy and so to keep the moral upper hand they had to up theirs to 80%... clever man because he knows that will keep them quiet as how much further can they push!???!

Glaciers are melting - permafrost is now releasing methane as well which is even worse.
