Who said you did?

I love that stuff.

Add soy sauce though, not mustard.

Talking of sauce -
yesterday I had a sushi and
3 battered prawns and a vegetable patty covered in sauce - 2 types.
Doesn't look that good but it was very nice indeed.

What does a brave and busy Knight do when he's too lazy to cook?
I decided to have a vege pastie and a Herbert Adams beef pie wine infusions.
Here's the advert.

...

I cut both items in half so we could all see.
The pie did not have big chunks of beef like that so it is false advertising but
it still tasted very nice indeed.

Got a free morning tea at my training centre. Had an early mark there. Drove to Yeppoon and ate my prepared lunch there at the beach. Drove to Emu Park to have some prawns, washed down with a Coca Cola. Watched the moonrise. Drove to Yeppoon KFC and bought dinner there.

It was an expensive day for something that started out free.

KFC has the highest fat content of any food in the world.

That being said - some places make it quite well but most places are lousy.
Every KFC place is different - the quality control depends on who is running it.

If it's bad the chicken will be like bits of rubber dripping in old fat and oil.

Long ago on some Cooking Food tourism show. It was asked what distinguished Australian cuisine from other parts of the world?
The answer: JUST ADD SAUCE  Grin

Sounds like the Australian Music, Entertainment & Tourism industry. Wink

...oh, and Peccas posts.  Grin

yes - we don't have sauce except tomato sauce in the bottle as I used
although it was quality tomato sauce.

Pecca hates mustard - I love it.

My dinner tonight:

Quality coarse ground beef patty -

with Dijon mustard, a slice of camembert cheese, potato wedges and mixed veg.
That was so yummy.

No.

I love mustard.

Dijon is good, but I prefer the hot English variety.

So you would have it on a beef rissole as I did above?     Undecided

Absolutely!

Rissoles and mustard go together like ra-ma la-ma la-ma ka-dinga-da-dinga-dong and shoo-bop sha-wadda-wadda-yippity-boom-de-boom!

OK - you are forgiven then -

I only like the hot mustard on those quality hot dogs they make with cheese Kransky's and sauerkraut.

A cheese kransky is a traditional, heavily spiced, wood-smoked pork sausage filled with small chunks of high-melt cheese. Inspired by Eastern European and Austrian smallgoods traditions, it is typically crafted with coarse pork, garlic, pepper, and paprika, then smoked over wood like beechwood.
