My pork chop was very nice.

My photography skills, not so good.

Have you got a 20 year old mobile phone?

I use an A35 Samsung.

I crop and reduce size in either Paint or Photoshop.

A 2 year old iPhone.

I don't have Paint or Photoshop.

Microsoft Paint is completely free and comes pre-installed on all modern versions of Microsoft Windows.

I don't use Windows.

I haven't used Microsoft products for almost 20 years.

Most mobile phones have photo editing software for free now.
I never bothered with my mobile - I like Photoshop on my desktop.

I crop my photos and reduce to 750 pixels wide
and then reduce the file size to under 250k for Ozpol.

Photoshop does it all in a few seconds.

I crop my photos on my Chromebook.

Nobody else has complained about their quality.

This looks fine to me.

Your photo? -

it's small, it's blurry and not up to Bobby's high standards.

Tonight it was salmon rolled in flour,
hash browns, mushroom and a tomato.
Very nice indeed.

I bought fresh sardines from a sea food van near the peninsula so I’m coating them in flour/breadcrumb mixture and frying.

Scotch fillet  170 grams with plenty of Dijon mustard.

No

100 grams of beef gives about 32 grams protein you need about 1 gram protein per Kg bodyweight per day for sedentary lifestyle.

I try for at least 220-250 gram steaks for dinner with chicken at lunch eggs for brekky.

270 gram rump for dinner grilled with black pepper garlic and olive oil.
Sweet Potato and Greek salad.

Leftists and the Ayatollahs have a lot in common when it comes to criticism of Islam, they don't tolerate it.

That steak looks a bit overcooked. It's not even self saucing. The onions need some caramelising. Forget the frozen corn/peas, fry some fresh beans in the pan with the steak.
