would that have been good enough for any of you?

No

I don't eat Basa prefer Barra or Snapper maybe even Flathead for white flesh fish.

If i was going quick and nasty for cooking it would be grilled with olive oil black pepper and maybe garlic instead of flour.

Hash browns are ultra processed don't eat them what does ingredient list have compared to a plain potato?

Frozen veggies pass i prefer fresh.

What a fusspot.
The Basa was a very good price.
It was rolled in flour and cooked with olive oil.

I'm sure it tasted fine, but I think NZ Hoki is a better choice.

I think Aldi's Hoki comes from New Zealand.

Yes. The NZ Hoki is real NZ Hoki and a far healthier environment than the Mekong faecal River.

The Mekong Delta is the lush region in southwestern Vietnam where the Mekong River empties into the sea through a vast maze of distributaries.

Overview and Geography

Location:

Covers over 40,500 square kilometers in the southern tip of Vietnam.

Nickname: Often called the "Nine Dragon River Delta" for the way the main river splits at its mouth.

Climate: Experiences a tropical climate divided into a rainy season (May to October) and a dry season (November to April).Culture and Economy

Agriculture: Serves as the primary rice and fruit basket of Vietnam, producing massive amounts of crops and aquaculture.

Floating Markets:

Famous for vibrant trading hubs on the water, such as the Cai Rang Floating Market near Can Tho.

Local Life:

Dominated by stilt houses, boat transport, local cottage industries making coconut candy, and narrow canals lined with water coconut trees.

Occasionally I will buy NZ fish imports, if I get nothing spearfishing locally or bad weather for it.  I only ever buy quality Salmon (mostly NZ again).

I did for 1 year work Fish Filliter at local Process Establishment.  Didn't need to spearfish or buy in that year. Plenty of fringe benefit bad cuts to be taken home or unsold orders
That's where I discovered that Gurnard  is a far larger and tastier fillet than the blander and more expensive Flathead.
Shows the gullibility of Australian public when it comes to marketing with Flathead (at times $72 a kilo) as 'very Aussie cultural thing', when the Gurnard is half the price, bigger same style fillet and cut and (along with heaps of people i know of whom I shared my extra kilos of, with) far better tasting.

You did ask i gave honest answer

I only buy Australian seafood don't buy imported crap don't care if it costs extra.

Salmon is $21 kg on special at Coles until Tuesday.

It's not only raw ingredients the way it's cooked is also important i don't eat chips/fries or hash browns because they're cooked in oil.

The only oil in our kitchen is EV Olive oil.

As for frozen vegetables - I like them -
in fact they can have more nutrition than so called fresh veges
as they are picked and snap frozen the same day -
whereas fresh can sit around at the shop for a week or more
and then in your fridge for another week -
by that time they have less goodness in them than the frozen ones.

Yes Pecca,
frozen food can be good - I never over cook it.

Last night I had some Barramundi -
so large it didn't fit on my plate - very nice.
