No - I'll teach you how to make your own.   Smiley

It's easy.

I just had a good porterhouse steak and salad.
It was pink in the middle - excellent.

That looks yum! Simple and nutritional.
For dessert over the long straya day weekend, I decided to finally make this chocolate beetroot cake, with glazed sweetened beets as topping, cream fraiche, then drizzled with sweetened beet juice over it.
It took hours to make it with different methods! Geez!
But it was something luxurious!
I’m not sure I will make it again for another 6 months!  Grin
And all the slicing and dicing of beetroot! I wore gloves, but it gets everywhere, constantly cleaning up!

Thank u.  Smiley

Worst part is … everyone that had it from first bite … mmmmm….oh yeah…. Very tasty.
Means I will make it again in not so far away future!  Grin

I’ve never used crème fraiche before. Quite a different taste to normal whipped cream.
Tangier.

My favorite dessert is rhubarb and apple pie with ice cream.    Smiley
