Have to do some shopping so the pie will be made tomorrow.

Not adding Guinness or Coopers Stout—have tried that in pie recipes but was underwhelmed. Just stock will do.

Monk talks a lot about food but he seldom puts up any pictures of his own results -
it sounds like he's a dreamer.   Roll Eyes

Monk sells pot from his backyard garden.
Neighbours have put cameras on their homes to monitor the comings and goings. The money goes towards his goon bags.

Yeah, probably my least favourite vegetable.

Tonight?

Salmon (crispy skin), with asparagus and horseradish.

That looks like a good recipe! I will have to try it because….I don’t think I’ve ever made a meat pie! So Aussie to just buy already made  Grin
Today for instance, sun shining, we went out to recycler (old truck batteries currently getting .80c kilo)
Then afterwards, walking past a bakery, with the aroma of meat pies! We had a meat and mushroom pie each sitting outdoors undercover.  So damn good!

Really guys?!
What about pumpkin soup? I make the best no one can resist!  Smiley
When I do roast veges with chicken … I like my pumpkin a bit burnt at edges.

Ewww, no - I really don't like roast pumpkin.

The soup I could tolerate.
