Time to eat pizza!

I've got to admit - Monk makes some nice looking food.
He should never have tried to be a scientist -
he should have been a chef.

You're not a scientist - you're a pizza chef.

I need to try out my pasta rollers/cutters that attach to my Kenwood stand mixer, same with the pasta extruder and dies I bought.

Bought the roller/cutter to ease the load on my arthritic shoulders.

Cauliflower was Mum’s fave veg I think.

Too many somewhat overcooked meals with caulie has caused it to slide in my “favorite veg” rankings.

Then again, _____ invited me to enjoy a bowl of cauliflower soup and it was really good, enjoyed the bowlful I drank.

Do NOT ask me for my opinion of pumpkin!!!

It is very bland, cauliflower, so it is an excellent carrier of other flavours - cheese sauce

Gruyere, parmesan, a bit of mustard, a bit of garlic, caraway, pepper, perhaps nutmeg, all roasted and served with grilled bacon and crusty bread to mop.

Timeless. Rembrandt and Vermeer would have eaten it in their time. I like to think so.
