I had a really nice gourmet pie a few nights ago and the other about a week ago.
From Coles here:
https://www.coles.com.au/product/charlotte's-bakery-slow-cooked-beef-pies-2-pack...

$11.80 for 2 but they were worth every penny.
The most expensive frozen pie that they sell.
Big juicy chunks of delicious beef and nice pastry.

I took one pie -
defrosted in the microwave for 4 minutes -
then into the electric oven for 25 minutes at 170 C on fan forced.

TBone steak (last from the bulk butcher) with tomato and greenbeans and cucumber dressed with vinegar.

I find I only need two meals these day, breakfast and lunch+dinner. Maybe eat a bit of chocolate etc late at night if still awake then.

Gristle is not good for dogs, ask any Vet.
Monk is a tight arse. Poor dog.

Dogs do not have a lot of taste buds, Booby, TBone, ribeye, rump etc wasted on a dog.

Do you ever think about what you post before hitting “Post Message?” It doesn’t look like you do.

I am sure I had previously told the idiot about the scarcity of tastebuds in dogs but he lacks a fully functional brain and doesn’t absorb, process and store information well. Typical high school dropout.

Monk is going by the tastebuds of his dog after a drunken night pash. It's all about the taste, not nutritional value. What a tight arse.

The other consideration, again one I have mentioned more than once:

Companion dogs do not need a high protein diet.

Socks gets 2-5Km walks, runs in the dog park, fast runs in the lure coursing runs etc—is a couch potato for a lot of the day.

Socks gets protein in the morning, veges with minor protein in the evening. This is a vet suggested diet. There would not be many dogs in the state that could keep up with Socks in a run so Socks gets enough food in a balanced diet.

A final note: do NOT feed your dog at the table, save scraps and put them in Fido’s food bowl after dinner. Feed your dog at the table and it will start begging at the table! This will be YOUR fault.

Animals should never be kept as Pets.
They should be free, not captive to a human need.

An idiot brays nonsense.

Dogs came to us. (Well, wolves came to us and turned into dogs.) Dogs struggle to live wild—brain and teeth too small. Packs do not have proper structure for wild dogs to thrive.
