From the supermarket. Too old to have aroma or flavor.

I have criticised the food you photograph. Yet you continue to post slop without any attempt at presentation.

Frozen food is picked  and frozen the same day so it usually has
more nutrition than fresh veges left on a shelf for 7 to 10 days in a supermarket.

Obviously the best would be veges take straight from your own garden and cooked.

Buying food from a supermarket {shudder}

No matter how hard you try you can’t get flavor out of the food.

Mustard is good -
so are many other spices.
I make a curry once per week.
I suppose you eat very bland food?

You have no idea what I eat (except a recent meal.)

I have a spice rack the size of your pantry. Did you not read the Christmass Ale thread?

Penne pasta with thinly sliced pork sizzle steak, garlic prawns, and red onion.

Yum.

A wee bit of left over chicken

Now, Ice cream  Smiley

The “Ale” bit is such a giveaway, isn’t it?

Yes, and FLAVORING IT WITH SPICES!

Whenever I make apple butter (godly stuff) I spice it to the gills.
