Not much for me to do these days. Maybe I could be a script writer.

Really - I never thought of you as a wordsmith.

Well, I have trouble with a few words. "Phlebotomist" being one such word that gives me the vexation...

It was so hot and humid tonight that all I could think of to eat was salad.

Pastrami and super food salad with tiger bread buns.
Would that have been good enough for anyone here?

Would have preferred what I had a couple of nights ago. Eye fillet steak, medium rare, salad with fetta cheese.

I just had some Barramundi and salad tonight.  10 minutes from start to plate.

Thinking about dessert.   Smiley

Tonights dinner is lamb backstrap over broadbean risotto.

I am podding the beans I picked earlier today some of which go into the risotto, most will be bagged, steamed, cooled, dried and bunged into the freezer for enjoyment later.

This is one recipe for a broadbean risotto:

OK -
tonight I made Chicken Maryland -
cooked on the lowest heat for one hour on the smallest gas burner on my stove
with the lid on top of a pot.
I added plenty of mixed Italian herbs - 2 big tablespoons full.
It was very nice.
Would it have been good enough for any of you fusspots?

Dried herbs from the supermarket?

Those veges are the ones I buy in 500g bags of frozen veges (NOT one with corn in the mix!) for Socks.

I prefer frozen veges - always crispy and always fresh.
