Tonights dinner is lamb backstrap over broadbean risotto.

I am podding the beans I picked earlier today some of which go into the risotto, most will be bagged, steamed, cooled, dried and bunged into the freezer for enjoyment later.

I added plenty of mixed Italian herbs - 2 big tablespoons full. It was very nice. Would it have been good enough for any of you fusspots?
