Not sure what religion the hostages are, but hopefully they'll let Herbie know soon.

A good shot with a AI rifle should get groups of less than 0.25MOA.
At 400 yards they will be grouping 5 shots around 1 inch or 25.4mm.

Apparently he's an older guy. That puts a different spin to things.

He wants to see Abbott. That's his demand.

So far we haven't seen a representative - or two - from the Muslim community try to approach this fellow.

Maybe he's complaining the parliamentary canteen in Canberra doesn't serve halal.

A sniper could take him out, but they don't know if he's wired to bombs or not.
