Stuff the Maoris - they have no right to prohibit
(vehicle)
access to Mt Eden.

If it's been legislated, it seems they do.

The city council did it - there must be 1 million pissed off people in Auckland
but nothing has been done about it -
it seems the Maoris rule now.

So the city council has the authority from the state to restrict vehicle access via a bylaw, then.

Mt Eden used to be so good -

anyone in Auckland looking for something interesting to do for free -
could drive up the top and get a 360 degree view of Auckland -
see the city and the beautiful harbor, the ranges in the distance -
take photos and it's a large area high up so 100s of people could enjoy the view at the same time
with plenty of parking.
The Maoris ruined it all - just out of spite and bad will.

From what you're posting, they have restricted vehicle access, not complete access.

And that raises an important point about concocting fraudulent ethnic history.

Those claiming ethnicity, when they're 75% or more of something else, then mumbling concocted, incoherent drivel claiming it's an ancient chant handed down for generations to honour the ancestors/gods at a site... A site where almost no one of any ethnicity makes a religious or spiritual journey to be on in the first place.

It's all Maori nonsense and the same rotten stuff is here in Australia -
we can't go to many places now because of Abbos.

Any viewing of an Aboriginal mob or clan collaborating on a painted mural might be surprised/shocked by the lack of reverence paid to the painting as it proceeds... dirt all over it, people and dogs walking all over it...

It's clear that the painters don't revere their work any more than we might revere a map of a region, which is essentially the main reason why these murals were painted in the first place.

Imagine if non-Aboriginals treated the finished product with the same disregard.

Let's say the Maori (sub Taiwanese) consider Sport as their core sacred being, like Abos with Land.
They're now over-achieving and bullying with their push of their language (which belongs to the realm of Politics) being mandatory in all Schools. I'm sure they'll do the same with other facets of their culture which are not core elements. Maori Art as the 'only' form of cultural art expression is being pushed.

Diversity and inclusion.

With Mattel's introduction of a Barbie doll with Type 1 diabetes, the toy industry was abuzz with rumors of other inclusive Barbie dolls that could be on the way.

The Babylon Bee has obtained the following list of exciting and inclusive versions of Barbie set to hit store shelves near you:

Moderate Plaque Psoriasis Barbie: No skin condition should keep Barbie from living a full, robust life.

Tourette's Syndrome Barbie: Complete with a pull-string to hear her blurt out obscenities.

Trad Barbie: This edition comes with a killer sourdough recipe and a flock of chickens.

Undocumented Barbie: This Barbie has just as much right to pursue the American dream as any other.

Mid Barbie: While other Barbies flaunt their supermodel looks, this one is perfectly fine just being "meh."

Genderqueer Barista Barbie: Or is it Ken? Hard to tell.

Vitiligo Barbie: The first Barbie to appeal to multiple races.

Hamas Barbie: Featuring an authentic miniature keffiyeh.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome Barbie: The first scented Barbie will be a big step forward for representation.

A speeding Indian driver who killed a beloved Australian mother in a horror crash in Adelaide and didn’t help her because his turban came off has been jailed for five years.

Judge Muscat sentenced Singh to five years, two months and 21 days in jail, with a non-parole period of four years, two months and five days, and disqualified him from driving for 15 years.

“You gave Christine Sandford no chance of surviving the impact,” Judge Muscat told Singh in sentencing, and described his driving as “astonishingly dangerous”, 7 News reported.

The court heard Singh has been ridiculed by other prisoners for wearing a turban since being remanded in custody, and has lost 9kg due to his Sikh dietary restrictions

“This has resulted in, you consuming a diet essentially consisting of plain bread and jam, and a piece of fruit, or instant noodles, which has caused you to lose weight,” Judge Muscat noted in sentencing.

“You’ve also been unable to wash your long hair as there are no hair drying facilities available in prison and you cannot let your hair down to dry naturally because of your beliefs.”

Singh did not render assistance to Ms Sandford at the scene, and Mr D’Angelo told an earlier hearing this was because his client “was in a state of shock” because his turban had “flown off”, saying: “As a Sikh it’s almost like being naked in public.”

At the end of his sentence give him a buzz cut and deport him.

An African thug has been sentenced to 15 months in jail for his role in a terrifying gang fight at a Melbourne service station where machetes, axes, knives, hatchets and a wooden plank were used.

Gang member Mai Mutt, 19, pleaded guilty to attempted aggravated burglary, affray, and theft offences over a crime spree in May last year that ended with Mutt and five co-offenders attacking three rival teens at a Shell Coles Express in Narre Warren.

No - bring back 19th century British justice - including the rope.

When my son was in his mid-teens, he fell foul of a large Macedonian family... he'd called one of the girls - a big strapping laddette - a 'He-Girl' and a cavegirl.

That evening, she turned up on our doorstep with a mob of her brothers and other male relatives - all about my son's age, armed with clubs and machetes, demanding he 'face them like a man', all 10 of them (he was only 15).

He was cowering in his bedroom, so I forced him out onto the doorstep and we both stood there while he apologised to the solid laddette (and a big lassie she was!).

They were satisfied with that and walked away... The laddette helped... she had full control of her male relatives... a bit of a Boudica character, I'd bet she turned out to be.

https://www.msn.com/en-au/news/australia/father-of-two-shot-dead-by-police-after...

"A man who was shot dead by police at a shopping centre in western Sydney had brought a machete following a fight his wife was involved in, according to police who have defended the actions of the officers involved.

Officers were called to reports of a carpark brawl at the Westfield in Mount Druitt around 3pm yesterday when it was packed with Saturday afternoon shoppers.

Two groups of women, aged in their 20s, were fighting with knives and machetes on the rooftop car park outside the Hoyts cinema, according to police.

NSW Police Assistant Commissioner Gavin Wood said a 29-year-old man came to the area following the scuffle and brought an "alarmingly sized" machete.

Wood said officers asked the man to drop the machete but he refused and continued to walk towards the group of women.

A police officer then fired a gun, striking and killing him.

The man was treated by paramedics but died at the scene.

Police allege the man's wife was part of the group fighting in the carpark.

She was arrested and later released without charge pending further investigation, Wood said.

He said the two groups were not known to each other.

"It was an opportunistic meeting, they were not known to each other or have any gang affilation," Wood said.

"It was a sheer fluke they met, crossed paths and a fight happened."

The deceased man, who is a father of two young daughters, is local to the area.

He was also known to police but did not have an extensive criminal history, Wood said.

Police have launched a critical incident investigation."

Usual Suspects, Igor?  No Wharte man gonna tell him not go get into a knife fight in front of them... and them women didn't come prepared for a fight - they always carry knives and machetes... might find a banana tree or something with fruit to lop .. cultural thing, innit?

Guess he made a minor error in judgement, ay?
