Sounds like a storm in a teacup.   A great deal of moral outrage and hysteria which has been whipped up over what in reality is very little.

Everybody has their own private sex fantasies.  Some sicker than others.  Paedophilia is unlawful.  However, for such a thing to be judged Paedophilia, a live human child must be involved.   This is a sex toy.   If the Paedophile had imported a rubber vagina, and fantasised about it being that of a young female child, would the authorities have known and stopped it?   So what if that rubber vagina is surrounded by plastic in the shape of a human body?  How does that really change things?

Paedophiles are sick individuals.   They need help.  However, charging him with Paedophilia over a rubber doll?   I'm sorry, that is simply ridiculous.   Roll Eyes

ian knew you were going to say that, and he is having a rest to prepare the next thing you will say.

Ah.  OK, so now we are all glove puppets?   Wink
I dont think he is referring to sock puppets, I  played him like a banjo yesterday and hes got his panties in a bunch.

Weird on both sides. Weird for wanting one and weird for authorities thinking they are kids that will be abused.

Cartoon and text-based child pornography is also illegal, even though no children are directly harmed. There was a case recently of a guy getting convicted for possessing "simpsons porn".

Indeed it is, and yet you specifically allowed it here and elsewhere at PA.  You even ridiculed my public advice to you along those precise lines.

can you show where you did that thanks if thats your claim.

I actually have quite a good memory and remember that well but thanks for finding the thread anyway. I never actually questioned that you advised FD but I know you did because I can remember you doing so. I can also remember others advising him, maybe even before you did. You made an interesting observation though " I publically advised FD"
