If you want to put a price on carbon why not a tax at the bowser?

Applying a carbon tax is only effective if there is a low-carbon alternative to encourage people to move to it.  Transport fuel has no alternative, which is why the carbon tax excempted it.

which is why the carbon tax excempted it.

Tony's carbon tax has not exempted it?

Coalition mission is to reduce Carbon emissions without reducing the Coal burn.

This of course can be done on paper with the right people in charge.

However the 103 Greg Hunt had picked out for this got snookered by Palmer.

Palmer having lots of Carbon and little Nickel would well profit with an efficiency upgrade.

No Palmer happy no Hunt Direct Action, its LNP at its best!

Yes - three prison terms for corruption.

The photo of JB with her new man shows how badly made the green top she is wearing there is. No class to JB.

Bet she remains 'deliberately barren' though.

Cheesy

Really, we're going down that path. The left decried the right doing it to Julia, lets not get sucked into it.

In a time of universal deceit — telling the truth is a revolutionary act.

No evidence whatsoever it can be attributed to George Orwell or Eric Arthur Blair (in fact the same guy)

Meanwhile...Back at Tony lasting the distance....

I want him just where he is.
As I see it, Tony is worth 3% to 5% to Labor's favour.

The LNP can't just dump him as that would be too hypocritical after all they heaped on Labor about leader changes.

I'm still not ruling out major illness, or accident, forcing his retirement.

The money raised could be invested into helping people to upgrade to more fuel efficient models, so helping the the local car manufactures with sales. Oh hang on ... Abbott crushed the auto industry in Australia.

This is the main problem with Australia - dumb voters.

The voters didn't expect the lies from abbott to be so thick and across the board.

If they make the same mistake twice, then they can be called dumb.

Fool me once, shame on you
Fool me twice, shame on me.

Case in point.

The obvious "dumb" thing was your comment - we are in trouble.

Roll Eyes

Not the multiple lies by the abbott mob after spending the last term in opposition banging on 24/7 about lies.

Abbott has backed himself into a corner. Properly like the way he backed in to corners in that homosexual hotbed he frequented for three years.

LOL

Now instead of just a dumb comment, you sound dumb as well.

Kudos.
