I don't think you're ever going to stop women being in competition with each other or men being in competition with each other.
As long as it's healthy competition ie: No bs, then I think it serves a good purpose.
I haven't encountered a lot of females who want to compete. If one is particularly aggressive and jealous, then it's easier to back off, rather than confront them head on.

That is true Amadd. Most men and women try to maintain their dignity, although some people don't care what others think of them.

Staying on top of the politics in corporations can be soul destroying if it isn't in your nature to be cut throat. It's easy to become burnt out after a number of years selling the ideals of your leaders when you don't agree with them.
Quote:Some people make such an art form out of it that you can think your having a normal conversation with somebody and then go away scratching your head thinking, "Hey! that person just threw a load of backhanded insults at me" ..haha.
But who cares? Those people will never have much contentment in their lives. It's a pity that they need to do this when they could be using their talents for goodness and not rottenness
We all try to be good, but sometimes when you're grossly insulted, it's hard to just smile and move on. Still if we try to stick to the standards we set for ourselves and manage it more times than not, then we don't have to feel bad about ourselves.
