I'm saying that people who react violently when it's not necessary need to be treated

you are kidding aren't you? someone defending his children does not need to be treated ... you don't want your head punhed in, don't touch my kids

Defence stops when the threat is no longer immediate.

in your opinion ....

It's that sort of attitude that saw Daniel Morcombe killed

I would make sure they were protected from him for evermore and make sure he could not re- offend ..

Yes, in my opinion, and in most cases legally speaking. A person in the middle of an emotional response has terrible judgement.

Anyone can pick winners by looking at the past, but to do so in the future is not such an easy task.

But unlike you, I'm not trying to pick a winner .... if you aren't prepared to face my judgement, terrible or otherwise, just leave my kids alone ... its really not that hard to do.

in your ideal word of vigilantes I could shoot you in the head and claim you had touched my kids.  then you and your kind would support me right?  although not you specifically since you would be dead but you get the point. How many false allegations need to be proven before you understand why we have due process in the first place?

no you couldn't  .. that's your ideal world of vigilantes, not mine .... I wasn't talking about false allegations, you were

But since you mentioned it .... using your logic
how many innocent people go to jail? I know, lets scrap the whole legal system  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

I don't think I was suggesting that people should be allowed to molest any children.

Yes, lets not rush to judgement without proper investigations eh? Tell us again how Putin shot down MH17.
