it's unbelievable hypocrisy that you could make this statement after you've spent the last 5 days condemning Russia and condemning those that refused to  wait for an investigation to reveal the truth

I am not in the position to execute offenders or punish in any way so I am entitled to an opinion based on the evidence to date.

but you haven't seen the evidence ... only tv reports. Thats why authorities don't allow juries to determine guilt depending on what they see on TV or read in the paper ... media reports are often wrong

by you go on ahead with your double standard  Grin Grin Grin keep pretending to be outraged at russia

there really are times when you sounds stupid and this is one.  the proof that Russian-back extremists brought down the plane is overwhelming. real evidence.

I am glad you used the word 'particularly' because 'angry' is his standard position which is why he is always looking for a reason or excuse to kill someone with zero regard for the law or even due process.

Armchair warriors

If they had the chance to actually kill someone I reckon they'd squib.

The fathers looks like a 2 bit thug, as you say the babysitter for all we know might have been sitting to close to the child for this guys liking.

Anyway at this point I think its fair, the father says he was fiddling, the accused got what he deserved, the child stopped his father from pre meditated murder(I stopped hitting him & went to the kitchen for a knife).

The courst will take it from here & Biggy will remain constipated Wink

the father doesn't exactly look like a guy whose word you would implicitly trust. and the million dollar fund raising exercise afterwards demonstrates that his character is in serious question. and since he was intending to murder him it kinda questions the fathers past.

this is why we have due process.

and yes, bigol will remain super-angry.... I just had a thought!!!  Lambie!!! angry lambie and angry bigol!!!  a marriage made in hell.

But you do love the peadophiles now don't you.

There is no loss in killing a peado, pity we as a country are so lax in the way we treat child rapists

but do you believe in proof, evidence, courts and juries and due process?  even if you believe in the DP do you believe that the charged deserve a day in court and proof beyond reasonable doubt?

I do believe that that this POS was mid rape, so that is more than good enough to ventilate the scum.

Yeah get all that evidence fairness and then what , a couple years in a comfy prison protected from the nasty men and then you get to do it all again, that isn't justice by any stretch. That is as pro peado as you can be with actually handing them a child.

Talk to me when you have a solution other than constant light sentences and freedom to have another go.

and if I agreed with you on the death penalty would you agree with me on due process?  you know all that inconvenient stuff like evidence, trial by jury etc?

Yeah, what the hell, since you brought it up. It would be a first for you to agree that this type of scum should get anything but the lightest of punishment, so Ill accept it.

Pity the magistrates are more like you than me, so we will never see any real punishment doled out to child rapists in this country.

so that is a NO to due process???  it really was a rather simple question.

Grab a dictionary and look up the first word in my reply and have a think about what it means in this case.  Grin Grin Grin Grin

the military obviously didn't enhance your communications skills.  you should try the concept of writing clearly, precisely and not embedded with anger at every second syllable.

So the word yeah threw you, did it?

How about, yes, ok, surely, indeed, undoubtley, can do, most definitely, sounds like a brilliant plan.  Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

Ill try and keep it monoslylabic for you in future

good communication means the reader doesnt have to dig thru the bile, anger, lies and bitterness to find out what you are actually saying.

you and lambie should really hook up.  you deserve each other.

So im walking down the street with my 4yo grandaughter and I pass you and you collide with us as you pass.  because I am an angry arrogant fool I believe you fondled her at the time so I draw my gun and execute you on the spot.

sound good?

after all I have all the proof I need.

Well you resorted to to stupid before I thought you would, thanks for the reductio reply, it shows the depth of your understanding.  Grin

no, I used an EXAMPLE to show just how foolish your position is.  Because the example I posited is EXACTLY like the one in the OP.  and why?  BECAUSE YOU HAVE NO PROOF EITHER.

You also need to look up what a reductio argment is and why it makes you look like a bit of a dill when used in front of adults.

Yeah you and your buddy dsmitthy aren't doing too well with the ad hominum attacks either; this place has become a hotbed of cretinism since I stopped trying to educate you fools.  Grin Grin Grin

In a situation like this you're not going to stand there and contemplate your emotions!

"Hmmmmm now should i kick the poo out of this piece of crap - oooops your being emotional, naughty boy!"

This is spur of the moment "you filthy piece of crap i'm going to kill your sick arse" stuff.

If it was me my rage would be instant and blinding.. Angry

The thing is this isn't the case for all people. When I am faced with an urgent situation I tend to go into fix it mode and that mode does not include blind rage. If anything I get more detached and look for a way to fix the immediate issue. Not everyone does, though. Some people get angry, some people panic.

Red-out is a real thing. I'm not saying it isn't understandable, but that is different to justified or a good idea. Reacting that way is risky behaviour, and something that should be treated. It's not a good thing, or something we should say is "ok"

If I walked in on some sick piece of crap molesting my kids my reaction would be instant and ferocious.

No right or wrong involved, no justification, no good idea.

When I am faced with an urgent situation I tend to go into fix it mode and that mode does not include blind rage.

You call this an “Urgent Situation”? It not a smacking leaking roof, for buggers sake….

Reacting that way is risky behaviour, and something that should be treated

You’re so far removed from reality! Do you think people carry a bloody shrink around in their pocket?

“Oh please treat me before I kick the living sh!t out of this sick #### I just caught molesting my kids.

Like hell……smash heads, ask questions later.

the question is WOULD YOU KILL.  if you did, I would have no hesitation in charging you with murder. and you have given no thought to 'scale of offence' or any other thought either.

"Scale of offence"

Child molesters should be shot.

and just imagine if you could even consider the concept of PROOF of the crime which so far is only stated by a man who has also used this alleged incident to try and raise a million dollars for... himself.

This is about "what would you do"

And i'd smash the bugger out of the sick piece of crap.
