Just as you have shown, BR, Leviticus directs Jews in no uncertain terms to stone blasphemers to death. There is no quibbling over this. Jews today say that times have moved on, the laws have changed, and  they get along with their lives without stoning anyone.

Just as the majority of Muslims do today - excluding, of course, those who live in Saudi Arabia.

Y won’t answer your question because he believes blasphemers should, indeed, be stoned to death. He’s not entirely happy with Jesus’ directives to leave judgement to God. Y spends his days on this board judging all. Y has his own beliefs, and they’re not entirely compatible with his religion. Y, you see, is a free thinker.

And this is why he’ll ignore your evidence.
