She is bound by Palmer Constitution which it be hoped she has read.

Curious as why she would join a Political Party who's owner can change its constitution at his personal whim, and not need any support from others engaged in the Party?

V.33 Clive F. Palmer is fully authorised to amend this Constitution up until 31 December 2016 and a declaration signed by him or the Chairman of the Interim Executive Committee shall be conclusive proof that such amendment has happened.

Being the PUP spokesperson and major representative on this site I'd have expected you'd have read it before signing up Aussie.

As I have posted previously, I have asked for a copy and was told they were not making any available and the excuse for that was a possible name change. I was unaware it was available on line.

I have just scanned quickly through it, and the structure referred to therein certainly does not currently exist, to my knowledge.
