When I was 18 in 1994 I knew people who were still getting that old ultimatum. Of course it was unspoken in most cases, kids just left home at 16 or 18 to get away from their controllers. It was a common policy in families at that point in time that there would be no 'dossing'. It was pay your way or get out. Kids are the biggest victims of our crazy world, they get lied to repeatedly then thrown away like rubbish if they resist slavery.

Must have actually BEEN there yeah>??

yeah well I went out on my own at age 17.

Well 16.5 .. I had passed HSC in Vic at age 16.. and then got a job.. I got my own flat... my Mum and her partner moved two states away .. to QLD.

Some yrs later .. I did go to stay with my Mum .. for a few mths, . but that was just till I got settled in Q.

I didn't live with my Mum till I was 30...!!...( or 40 .. like you kids !! Huh Wink

) today.!

Jeez ... we have raised a generation of entitled..!! and AMADD I am NOT talking about PENSIONERS....

but their children and grandchildren. Historically progeny have never had it so good... and still they want to gut the disadvantaged.

This is a DOG eat DOG world.

In Germany, you register for unemployment benefits if you lose your job. Germany have a generous social welfare system. My German friend has been living here for over 20 years and she gets a good part pension from Germany. China is a developing country, you can't compare the two.

The only mistake made when this imposition of extra tax for 'social security programs' was introduced, the politicians weren't forced to sign off on it as a fully franked insurance scheme. When my party takes power we will immediately legislate for such guarantees and clear contracts between government and people.

They - most likely quite deliberately in their usual fashion - left the door wide open for that old mythical 'consolidated revenue' to become THEIR slush fund at whim, and like some loser, they simply refuse to pay their bills when due. If they are so bankrupt, financially and morally (despite all those billions from that farken GST waste of time) - perhaps we, their creditors, should sell them up as bankrupts.

Well, lads and lassies up there in Canberra - those days are gone - get used to it and get over it. ANY of you who do not measure up are getting the boot.

Changes will be made - so get cracking right now and earn back a little respect from those you've ripped off for all those years.
