Police investigators also told the court they wanted to obtain an engineering survey from Grocon, which the company said was not relevant and refused to surrender.

Victorian Coroner Judge Ian Gray said he wanted to see the survey irrespective of its perceived relevance, and said it should be made available to the inquest.

The inquest was initially scheduled for June 2014, but has since been delayed and has no fixed date scheduled.

I did rather wonder how you could investigate corruption by looking exclusively at only one side?

Bearing in mind that I'm fully aware of and in complete agreement with the fact that bribery etc does NOT sit well within our Western morality or ethics, it is interesting to note that the concept of "Baksheesh", (greasing the wheels of business etc), has been largely the socially accepted norm in most societies across most of recorded history, isn't it?  Cool

It's hardly confined to the Middle Ocean, think all of the east, from the shores of the Med' to the Bering Straight and Zanzibar, from the Arctic to Terra del Fuego, only modern Western civilisation has resisted it, or even seen anything wrong with it.
