when crossing the road, do you wait for the car to hit you before you move or do you get out of the way as soon as your hear it coming?

all these leaks to the media are merely the sound of the car approaching ... Abbott wants to soften the blow come budget night ... by then you and all your merry monkies would have accepted it as inevitable, and you would be less likely to object.
