I saw one in the skies above Ballajura in Perth about a week ago. It was at dusk, just before the light faded and the sky was a pinkish hue. As I was watering the front garde, I noticed a bright white light hovering in the sky. It rapidly ascended and stopped for a second before reversing direction and descending to around where I first noticed it. Then it circled the sky slowly, doing a full circuit before returning to about the same spot. Then the light changed from white to red and it slowly dropped below the horizon. Has anyone else noticed these where they live? Anyone from Perth? Are they some kind of popular new craze of toy?
