Interesting,... fresh water will be forever talked about this century and the inefficient world economy that results from world-wide environmental subsidy will be re-engineered because of it!
This technology is more important than we think it is.. it is another economic indicator when you think about it: it is such a good indicator it will change what the economy actually is --> which is what all good economic indicators do anyway when you examine it..

*Sure....they're anti competitive as any subsidised job is.  It wouldn't be there without the tax payer.  Very damned difficult for a brainwashed collectivist to understand that I know....  (swaggy) *

Ok I read the first link.

Are there some figures there anywhere.

If the Californians run out of water they can stop sending fruit to Australia in our off season, give the early fruit districts a bit of good early money.
