Anchovies are great.

Tonight we are apparently having chicken breast stuffed with some kind of nut mixture.

I've just found no carb noodles, so we will be able to have stir frys again. I am overly excited by this.

Up until 5 yrs ago, I couldn't/wouldn't eat any fish ... now I'm quite fond of fish but I still can't bring myself to eat anchovy

I just finished making some lemon gelato for dessert. It tastes really good, although it's still a bit soft - a few hours in the freezer should take care of that.

I'll be making a quiche Lorraine tonight. It's too early to start on it now, but I have made the pastry and it's resting in the fridge for later. I'll pick a lettuce from the garden later on today for the salad. I might do some chips too, but I haven't decided on that yet.....

'Pasta, aglio, olio e pepperoncini' ... (at my wifes request) expecting it to be good ....even better is his wine collection

Then I remembered I bought some zucchini flowers (the ones that come with little zucchinis attached and not just the flowers) a couple of days ago - I battered them and then shallow fried them.
