What effectively happens now is that cases of consensual sex a few years south of the age of consent are not even prosecuted. They are rarely even substantiated by JIRT investigators. The cops don’t touch them. After all, most people are smart enough to have sex behind closed doors.Mercifully, two kids shacked up together are known as "flatmates", not "paedophiles".

You might want to do some reading on the criteria for sexual consent, FD. Believe me, there are libraries on this stuff.

One thing that FGM entails, in some cases, is extreme difficulty in childbirth.
The vulva is an elastic organ and expands to several times its normal size during delivery, any inelastic scar tissue cannot expand thus causing complications and extreme pain for the mother.
There is every possibility of tearing and consequently more scaring, making subsequent births even more difficult.

This is only one aspect of this primitive sub-human practice I'll strike that out as sub-humans don't practice FGM, perhaps 'unenlightened' 'backward' or plain old 'evil' are better words.
