That raises an interesting question. What do you do with a frigid lady to break the ice?

The current cold snap in the USA is just a brief interlude and I bet the average temperature in the USA will be higher in 2014 than in 2013.

Global warming experts predicted that variability of weather would increase in frequency and intensity.

Warm her up with a few jokes first, give her time to relax and trust you, and soon she will be eating out of your hand.... be genuine though.
