Rapes, murders, sickness, etc happens no matter what government is in... people have their own personal responsibility and sick minded-ness with their own agendas that have nothing to do with government. I am not defending the government, I despise it. Not the idea of government itself but the way it is run, etc.

Anarchy? If you're talking about people marching down the street waving signs and protesting the budget cuts then I think not. If so, then it is a really pathetic kind of anarchy.
